Room 1 is on the ground floor and is suitable for anyone who may have difficulty with stairs etc.

This is a twin bedded room, (one bed is electrically operated). Electric armchair and large sofa. Ensuite with shower, wc and single vanity. Grabrails are fitted to the shower and toilet. Separate dressing room.

Mini-fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and woodburning stove. TV with main UK channels.

Price: 55 euros, per room, per night, based on two people sharing, including continental breakfast.
(Evening meal available by prior arrangement at an extra cost).
